How do I know if my order is confirmed?

you will immediately receive a confirmation email from Yakota Cosmetic upon completion of the checkout process. If you have not received a confirmation email, please double check for a valid email address, then check your spam folder, also if you create an account in our website you can go in to your account and you will see the details of your order in dashboard account.

Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?

yes, just reach out to our team with your name, order number & updated address. If your order has already been shipped, you must contact the shipping provider to change your address.

Do you ship internationally??

yes, Yakota Cosmatic ships anywhere that accepts packages from Malaysia. please confirm your countries shipping policies, Yakto Cosmetic is not responsible for any custom/duty/or import taxes.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes we will restock items within 1-3 weeks.

How long will it take to receive my order?

our current processing time is 1-2 business days, meaning it takes us that amount of time to prepare your order for shipment. shipments can take anywhere from 1-3 business days to reach you if you are located in Malaysia, and  3-12 business days to another countries.

Does Yakota Cosmetic accept returns or exchanges?

Yakota Cosmetic accept any returns or exchanges. if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, but please make sure the products is in good condition and not damaged. do please contact us when you are willing to make a returns.
